Bio

Ryan Devlin is a senior consultant with Bolton Health. Ryan has over 15 years of experience delivering comprehensive employee benefit plan and consulting, actuarial, and plan administration services to a wide variety of plan sponsors. Prior to joining Bolton, Ryan was an Assistant Vice President at Aon in their suburban Philadelphia office. He began his career as a financial underwriter with Aetna.

Ryan's primary role is to lead account teams with daily client servicing activities and projects with a primary focus in financial analyses. His responsibilities include analysis of health care RFPs and renewals, the preparation of plan design cost and contribution modeling, the performance of financial underwriting and budgeting for group health plans and developing client strategies.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Chester University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
