Wistar Pension Termination Service Center

The Wistar Institute has terminated The Wistar Institute of Anatomy and Biology Technical and Support Personnel Pension Plan effective May 30, 2024. We are planning on distributing or purchasing annuities for all remaining benefits in late 2024. To assist you in returning your completed election forms, we have established this online secure portal in association with Bolton Partners, Inc.; our plan termination service provider calculated the lump sum amounts and optional forms.

Click the button below to upload your completed forms. You will receive an email acknowledgement once the forms have been successfully uploaded. Forms must be uploaded to this site by July 31, 2024.

If you choose to mail your forms, the forms must be postmarked by July 31, 2024. If we do not receive your forms by the required due date (either uploaded or mailed), you will receive the default deferred annuity option.
