Mike Beczkowski leads the Defined Contribution practice for Bolton Investment. He focuses on fiduciary best practices including plan design consulting, investment committee governance, fee benchmarking studies, investment policy statement development, third party administrator searches and Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA) reviews. Mike has been a consultant with Bolton for more than twenty years. His group’s work has saved several million dollars for his clients and their employees while successfully mitigating fiduciary risk. Mike is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. He is Series 65 registered, and he holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA) , Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) and the Professional Plan Consultant (PPC) designations. Mike also serves as an analyst for the Center for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX).

With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Andy is a respected authority and a frequent lecturer and author on industry topics. Mr. Larson's background includes extensive product design for plan sponsors and advanced sales support for intermediaries who work with plans. As a retirement industry executive, he ran the recordkeeping and consulting practice for Universal Pensions, Inc. (UPI) and headed the BISYS Corporate University. Mr. Larson has served as an adjunct professor for the Central Lakes College system in Minnesota and provides expert witness services on numerous industry topics. He is the co-author of Retirement Learning Center's book, Retirement Resource Guide: Essential ERISA Education & Best Practices for Financial Advisors. winner of multiple Apex awards for publication excellence and available exclusively through Columbia Threadneedle Investments. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and maintains a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation from the American Society of Pension Professional and Actuaries.
