Transtar, LLC Pension Plan

Transtar, LLC. has contracted with Bolton to provide plan administration support for participants in the Transtar, LLC Pension Plan. The Transtar Pension Service Center is your centralized resource for secure, timely and accurate information regarding your PENSION PLAN BENEFIT FOR SERVICE WORKED AFTER JULY 28, 2021. Through the Pension Service Center, you can:

  • Update your basic information in the Plan Administrator’s records (name, address, marital status)
  • Request an estimate of your pension benefit payable at a future retirement date for service worked after July 28, 2021
  • Apply to start receiving your pension benefit
  • Report the death of a participant or beneficiary
  • Find replacement pages for completing your pension election forms

The Pension Service Center representatives are also available to answer questions regarding your pension benefit and eligibility and assist you with completing your election paperwork and other forms to update your official plan records. The Pension Service Center offers a secure document upload link that allows you to transmit confidential information securely.

Request for Retirement Benefit Calculation

Actual retirements require an RRB Service & Compensation Statement. The process for obtaining a G90C has recently changed and we are no longer able to request this on your behalf. Request the document by visiting RRB Online Services Request Form online and select Service & Compensation History and entering your identifying information.

  • Please note: The self-service portal for download only supplies the “G90d” form and your retirement requires the “G90c” form.

To submit your retirement application, use one of the following methods:

  1. Submit an online form instantly. Actual retirements require an RRB Service & Compensation Statement which you can request by visiting RRB Online Services Request Form online, select Service & Compensation History and enter your identifying information.
  2. Mail a printed copy of your completed Request for Retirement Benefit Calculation Form to Transtar Pension Service Center c/o Bolton, 1 W Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 600 Towson, MD 21204. For actual retirements, also include a copy of your RRB Service & Compensation Statement which you can request by visiting RRB Online Services Request Form online, select Service & Compensation History and enter your identifying information.
  3. Download a copy of the Request for Retirement Benefit Calculation Form. Upload a digital copy of your completed forms. For actual retirements, also include a copy of your RRB Service & Compensation Statement which you can request by visiting RRB Online Services Request Form online, select Service & Compensation History and enter your identifying information.
