Zach Smith has over 15 years experience working as a Consulting Actuary in the health care industry. Mr. Smith has extensive knowledge of financial and actuarial principles as it relates to Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Throughout his career, Mr. Smith has worked with large health insurers where he performed rate and reserve calculations, rate filings, financial projections, analyzed fee schedules, and filed Medicare Advantage bids. In addition, Mr. Smith has also performed Medicare Advantage bid audits and reviewed commercial rate filings for a contract awarded by a state Division of Insurance.
