She is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of collective total rewards and human resources management experience. She puts an emphasis on understanding the client’s needs to deliver effective compensation strategies and programs.
Prior to joining Bolton, Jennifer was a senior analyst with RSC Advisory Group with a focus on market pricing and analysis, executive compensation, survey administration, and job evaluation and analysis.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Marketing from Kansas State University, and holds senior professional certification through HRCI (SPHR).
