Bio
Dan Ripberger is President of Bolton Rewards. He is a nationally recognized expert in executive compensation, staff compensation and pay-for-performance at mission-focused organizations.
Dan began his consulting career in the Washington DC area office of Towers Perrin where he worked with Towers Perrin Principals and clients on a variety of executive and employee compensation projects. Dan then worked for Aon Consulting/Radford Associates where he helped build the newly acquired Washington, D.C. area office. He went on to help found PRM Consulting in Washington, D.C., and most recently, managed the consulting practice RSC Advisory Group.
Dan is a frequent author, reviewer and presenter on executive and employee compensation issues. His articles have been published in numerous trade, professional, and periodic publications including his recent articles “Target Performance. Compensate for Achievement” and “The Role of Variable Pay in Mission Success”. Dan is a professional content reviewer/editor for WorldatWork (a governing body for compensation practice) and has been formally recognized for his contribution to the professional practice of compensation.
