Michelle brings to Bolton a strong foundation in defined benefit plan administration, pension outsourcing, database management, and associate training. She has a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality client service in the retirement consulting space.

She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to joining Bolton, Michelle served as an Associate Director at Willis Towers Watson, where she led multiple workstreams, oversaw staffing and project execution, and served as a subject matter expert for clients. Her experience includes processing intricate pension calculations and facilitating day-to-day client communications with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight.
