Liz Gardner is a Consultant in the health & welfare benefits practice. In her role, Liz leads client teams and serves as a strategic leader within the growth and innovation group. She provides guidance on plan design, vendor management, clinical engagement, and overall program optimization. Throughout her career, she has led high-impact teams, delivered strategic solutions, managed client portfolios, and contributed to business growth. Before joining Bolton, she worked in large market employee benefit consulting at Alliant and WTW.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
