Bio

Bryan Spivey has over 28 years of experience in the employee health benefit industry. Bryan assists clients with rate setting, asset reserve projections, plan design, and vendor/union negotiations. Bryan has an extensive history working with a diverse range of clients, including corporate, multi-employer trust funds, public sector, and student health plans.

Prior to joining Bolton, Bryan worked as a Senior Health Consultant with Segal in Washington, D.C. for over 16 years.
