Bolton is pleased to announce the appointment of Brittaney Brewer as Senior Vice President and Baltimore/DC Practice Leader. In this role, Brittaney will lead strategic initiatives across the region, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth.
Brittaney joins Bolton with 17 years of consulting experience spanning a wide variety of industries and employers. Her background includes strategy development and execution for complex clients in the healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, government contracting, and non-profit industries, ranging in size from 6,000 to 110,000 employees. She has extensive experience with benefits plan evaluation; strategic design, implementation, and support of employee benefits programs; coordination of complex marketing activities, and management of consulting teams to deliver exceptional program results. Leveraging this experience and WTW’s industry-leading thought leadership, Brittaney brings innovative ideas that add value and improve the benefits experience of her clients’ employees.

Brittaney holds a B.A. in French & French Studies and History of Art and maintains several professional designations, including Compensation Management Specialist, and Group Benefits Associate. She is licensed in Life & Health across PA, MD, VA, and DC, and is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the National Business Group on Health.
Prior to joining Bolton, Brittaney served as a Director at WTW and held consulting roles at Mercer Health & Benefits, NFP ProBen Inc., Brown & Brown of PA, Christi Benefits Group, and Radnor Benefits Group. Her deep expertise and client-first approach have made her a trusted advisor to organizations of all sizes.
Brittaney will be based in Bolton’s Towson office and continuing to build on the firm’s legacy of excellence in actuarial and consulting services.
