APWU Health Plan (“APWU HP”) is offering a temporary one-time opportunity for certain employees or former employees with a vested accrued benefit in the APWU Health Plan Management Staff Pension Plan (the “Plan”) to receive a cash lump sum distribution of their Plan benefit. In lieu of a lump sum, eligible participants are also allowed to commence their Plan benefit immediately as a monthly annuity.
